Courses
Group classes require four students.
The duration of each online class is 55 minutes.
If a student does not book a class (online or in-person) or inform us of their intention to take a break within a maximum period of 30 days, the missed classes will be considered as completed.
The maximum allowed time to complete a 10-hour online course is 4 months.
For private lessons at La Casita or online private courses, any rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Changes are subject to availability, and if rescheduling is not possible, a refund may not be provided.
La Casita does not guarantee specific hours or teachers for its services.
Enrollment
Written confirmation from the school is required for all bookings made through online platforms, phone calls, or email.
Public holidays
In the event that a public holiday falls on a week when you have scheduled lessons, there will be no class held on that day. Instead, a replacement class will be offered as an alternative. If the student is unable to attend the replacement class, a refund will be provided.

Payments
Prior to the commencement of an online course, it is necessary to complete the payment.
When enrolling in courses at La Casita, a deposit of 50% can be made through a transfer, while the remaining balance must be settled on the first day of class using either a card or cash.
The student is responsible for covering any fees and bank commissions associated with the payment.
Cancellation policy
The deposit for the course is refundable up to four weeks before the start date. If the cancellation is made within two to four weeks prior to the start date, half of the deposit will be refunded. However, if the cancellation occurs within two weeks of the start date, the deposit will not be refundable.
Cancellation on the same day is non-refundable, constituting a condition of service.
